  An Aluminum Nail Heading Machine is a specialized device for forming the heads of metal parts like aluminum nails and rivets, belonging to cold heading equipment. During operation, aluminum wire is straightened, cut, and fed into the die station. The punch, driven by the main slider, applies high pressure to the blank, causing plastic deformation in the concave die to form the required nail head shape (round, countersunk, flat, hexagon, etc.). Equipped with feeding mechanisms, cutting devices, and multi-station dies, it realizes fully automated processes of "feeding-cutting-heading", suitable for mass production of M1.0-M12 aluminum nails.

  An Aluminum Nail Rubbing Machine is mainly used for thread forming of metal parts such as aluminum nails and aluminum screws. During operation, place aluminum nail blanks into the feeding chute, and convey them to the space between two thread rolling plates via a vibrating disc or manual feeding (the upper plate is fixed, and the lower plate moves reciprocally). The surfaces of the two plates are engraved with thread patterns matching the target thread, forming complete threads on the aluminum nails through extrusion and friction. It is suitable for mass thread processing of aluminum nails, bolts, and rivets in M1.0-M10 specifications.
